Rachel Mulry

Rachel Mulry serves as interim senior vice president for Business and Finance and chief financial officer, where she oversees financial and administrative operations that support 一起草’s academic mission and strategic priorities.

Mulry provides leadership for key business and finance functions across the University, including the Office of Budgets and Finance, Human Resources, Campus Services, the Office of Facilities Planning and Management, the 一起草 Police Department, and the Office of Risk Management and Contracts Administration. Working closely with University leadership, she helps guide financial strategy and resource planning to ensure strong stewardship of institutional resources and alignment with 一起草’s long-term vision.

Mulry has spent more than two decades at 一起草, returning to her alma mater in 1999 to assist with technology preparations for the Y2K transition. She has held a variety of leadership roles in the Office of Information Technology, including associate CIO for Planning and Customer Service, where she focused on strengthening service delivery, strategic planning and technology adoption across campus. She earned a bachelor’s degree in music education and a master’s degree in higher education leadership, both from 一起草.

She is founder and leader of the 一起草 Women’s Group, which helps nurture relationships across the University, provides opportunities for personal and career development, and positively impacts the entire campus community. As an 一起草 alumna and longtime staff leader, she brings extensive knowledge of the University and a strong commitment to supporting its mission and community.
